Where we ship and what it costs

Destinations and shipping services available to an order are shown at checkout. Any charge or free-shipping eligibility is confirmed there before payment; availability can vary by destination and order contents.

Processing before dispatch

After successful payment authorization, we ordinarily need 1–2 business days to prepare an order. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days.

Estimated transportation time

Once dispatched, transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, remote locations, customs where applicable, or an incorrect address can change the estimate, so a specific arrival date is not guaranteed.

Address review and tracking

Please check the delivery address before placing the order. When tracking is available, updates are sent using the order contact details; carrier scans may take time to appear.

Delayed, lost, delivered-not-received, or damaged parcels

Email jiteshjaiswal78228@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and a short explanation. For damage, include clear photographs of the package and item. We may need time to work with the carrier.
